Packaging Your Return

Please securely package the item you wish to return and include all original packaging, accessories, components, and materials supplied with your order.

CASTAVIA is not responsible for damage caused by insufficient packaging during the return shipment.

Free Returns

We offer free return shipping within the 30-day return period.

When applicable, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided after your return request has been approved.

You may then drop the package off with the designated shipping carrier or arrange a pickup where available.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow approximately 3–5 business days after the refund has been processed for the amount to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
